7. Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy for initial purchases to ensure your satisfaction.

• Refund Window: You may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase.
• Usage Restriction: Refunds are only available if zero (0) Credits have been consumed. If any credits have been used, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
• Initial Purchase Only: Refunds apply only to initial subscription purchases and not to renewals or top-ups.
• Process: To request a refund, email contact@thetransitionalhooks.com with your account details. Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
