When you connect social media platforms (such as TikTok or Instagram), we collect your profile information (username, display name, avatar), access tokens, and refresh tokens as authorized through their OAuth authentication flows.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI content generation and social media publishing services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf at your scheduled times
- Respond to your comments and questions
- Communicate with you about products, services, and events
Third-Party Social Media Integrations
Our Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts including TikTok and Instagram. When you authorize these connections, we access and store the following data as permitted by your authorization: your public profile information (username, display name, profile picture), authentication tokens required to perform actions on your behalf (such as publishing videos), and basic account statistics. We use TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to authenticate your account and publish video content you have created and scheduled through our platform. We only publish content that you have explicitly created, approved, and scheduled. We do not access your private messages, contacts, or any data beyond the scopes you authorize during the connection process. You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time from the Publisher dashboard, which will revoke our access and delete your stored tokens. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. When you use our publishing features, your content is shared with the respective social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) solely for the purpose of posting to your own accounts as you have directed.
Data Storage and Retention
Your social media access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in our encrypted database. We retain this data only for as long as your social media accounts remain connected. When you disconnect an account, all associated tokens are permanently deleted. We do not share your authentication tokens with any third parties.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Social media authentication tokens are stored with encryption and are only used for the specific purposes you have authorized.
